Comment moderation and DM (direct message) moderation are two different services but they are very similar in concept. They both are designed to give you (the business owner) one less job, so you have more time to help your business thrive.
Comment moderation is designed to make your businesses social media page look alive, even when your not posting. If someone comments on one of your posts, I will give the comment a valid reaction (I will only send positive reactions) and give a short, relevant reply on behalf of your business. For example, If someone gives you good feedback in the comments, I will reply with "Thanks for the feedback (insert name here)" or something relevant along those lines.
DM (Direct Messaging) Moderation
As previously mentioned, DM moderation is a very similar concept to comment moderation, the only real difference is it focuses on direct messages rather than comments. If someone messages your business on social media, I will review the message and if I find it's a genuine question or genuine feedback, I will notify you (the business owner) of the message so you can respond yourself. I will not intact with customers via DMs under any circumstances. You will be required to sign a waver to confirm you understand this.
