Who Am I?

Hi, my name is Logan, I am an aspiring business owner and founder of North West Social Media Solutions. I have dreamed about owning my own business for a while now, so I thought why not give out a helping hand while doing it. 

I am only 16, but this is not something I try to hide, it's something try to embrace. I am only starting out but I hope that the longer I offer these services, the more I grow and learn.

I started building this business in 2025, and with lots of courage I went live in January 2026. I'm going to continue to build my business brick by brick, piece by piece.

I live and grew up in Tamworth, so I have a soft spot for regional business. I always try to shop local when I can so that I can support these businesses but I walk down the street and see so many empty shop fronts, and I think to myself, if people had known about these small local businesses, maybe they'd still be open. So I decided to start North West Social Media Solutions, a business I have started from my computer in my home office

One day I would like to expand my enterprise to reach out to even more regional and remote communities. I would also like to eventually expand my business into other media services, such as local print, local radio and local TV. I would finally also like to one day venture into graphic design services as it is something I'm good at and passionate about and maybe have a physical branch.

I am going to work my absolute hardest to give my clients the best service I possibly can, that's why I'm on call 7 days a week to respond to customer enquiries and to deliver the services I promised. 

What Do I Do?

I take care of social media so you don't have to.  Social media is a great way to introduce your business to new customers, whilst also bringing your business into the modern age. People are on social media 24/7 these days, so this is a great way to target and advertise to an entirely new market of customers. Social media can be a confusing place if your unfamiliar with it, that's why I'm here to do all the heavy lifting for you and your business. 

What Makes Me Different?

I deliver high quality services at an affordable price. I grew up around social media and technology almost my whole life so if anyone knows about social media and how it works, it's me. Unlike other social media marketing companies, we are and forever will be a regionally based company with a regional and remote focus. Living and growing up in North West NSW myself, I understand the importance of regional and remote business. If you refer to our Who Do We Service page, we actually state that we will refuse to do business with all metropolitan businesses, as this would defeat my original goal of helping regional and remote businesses thrive. Without small businesses, mega corporations would be able to monopolise small town economies, which would fuel an already volatile cost of living crisis and I would hate to see that happen.

I am also 100% AI free and will never use AI in the making and delivery of my services. A robot can never truely do what a human does best. You can't shake a robots hand and have a beer with him at the pub. A human brain will always be better than a robot one. Some of my competitors push AI, but I discourage it.
