If you purchase a one off service such as account setup, you will receive a one time bill. You must pay for your service before you receive your services. If you do not pay for your service within 48 hours of purchasing your short term service, your order will be cancelled.
If you have purchased a long term service such as content posting or moderation, you will be billed either fortnightly or monthly until you decide to cancel your services. You will have 48 hours to pay if your a new customer, or 72 hours to pay if you are a recurring customer. If you do not pay within this timeframe, your services will be cancelled and if you continue to order services and not pay, you may be blacklisted.
If you have purchased the content posting service, you must decide how many posts you want for that billing period, how frequently you want the posts uploaded and decide your monthly/fortnightly hashtag and/or caption budget (if you decide to purchase these extras). You will also be required to provide any photos or other material you would like posted over that month.
All customers receive an invoice and once payment has been received, a receipt
Right now I only accept traditional bank transfer and cash, however please note cash payments may endure a surcharge as I will need to pick up the cash. We do not accept money from "money sending" platforms such as PayPal and payID.
