Official Statement from Logan Fletcher - Owner of NWSMS - 6/4/2026

Dear all valued clients,

North West Social Media Solutions is starting a new chapter, and in this chapter, I would like to start to offer additional services other than social media management. This is why i have decided to engage a gradual rebrand to North West Business Tech Solutions, which will officially initiate on May 1st 2026, and will be officially completed by May 30th 2026, with existing website domains for North West Social Media Solutions being switched off by February 2027. This rebrand will be completed in multiple stages, which I will explain below. My social media services will still always be offered, just now as a serviced offered by North West Business Tech Solutions

Stage 1 - Notification - April 2026

During stage 1 of the transition, I will notifying all of my clients and possibly interested clients of the change via all of my public channels. This stage will start when I upload this statement to my website and change my website banners today, 6th of April 2026. I will also start updating my social media channels of the change at the same time. During stage one and two, all channels will still be under the NWSMS name, and my brand will still be known as North West Social Media Solutions. 

Stage 2 - New Website & Email Will Open - May 2026

During stage 2 of the transition, the new website and email domains will open. The new website will be northwestbusinesstechsolutions.com.au and the new email will be logan@northwestbusinesstechsolutions.com.au. All old emails and my old website will still remain active, with redirects to the new channels. 

This is expected to be done by May 1st 2026

Stage 3 - Official Rebrand - June 2026

During stage 3 of the transition, the new brand officially replaces the old one. All temporary website and social media banners will be replaced with the new branding with a small reminder of the change. All social media names and handles will be changed to the new branding. 

The website will undergo a cosmetic change, with the light blue branding being replaced with the new yellow branding. New services will also be added to the website. These services are TBA and will be revealed alongside the refreshed website. All services that are currently offered will still continue to be offered. 

Once again, all current emails and the current website domain will continue to work at this point, with redirects to the new channels being put in place. My phone number will also not change at anytime during this process.

This is expected to be done by June 1st 2026

Stage 4 - Cosmetic Transition Completed - September 2026

During stage 4 of the transition, the cosmetic transition will offically be complete. The "formally known as North West Social Media Solutions" will be removed. 

All former emails and the former website domain will once again still be active at this point, with redirects to the new email and domain still being in place.

This will be completed by 1st September 2026

Step 5 - Transition Complete - February 2027

During stage 5 of the transition, the former emails and the former website domain will officially be shut off when the domain expires. Once this happens, "northwestsocialmediasolutions.com" will go nowhere, and will simply lead to a dead page. This deadline for this section may be extended to 2028 and/or beyond if I decide to renew the domain. This will mark the end of the North West Social Media Solutions name and therefore the transition complete

Conclusion

Thank you to all of our valued clients for sticking by NWSMS other the last 2 and a half months. I hope you'll join me for this next chapter, where I plan to deliver even more better services to regional and remote businesses. Despite these changes, I will still have my very strict no metro business policy. My heart with will always be in North West NSW. Thank you for reading my statement.
